1. About FleetHive
FleetHive Innovation Ltd provides mobility intelligence services, including vehicle monitoring, location and route information, alerts, vehicle management tools, marketplace and related mobility services.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping your FleetHive account details secure. You must not share your account credentials or allow unauthorised persons to use your account.
FleetHive may restrict or suspend an account where there is suspected misuse, fraud, unauthorised access or violation of these Terms.
3. Vehicle & Tracking Services
FleetHive services may depend on installed tracking devices, mobile devices, GPS, network availability and third-party technology.
Location, route, alert and vehicle information may not always be completely accurate or continuously available due to factors outside FleetHive's control, including network, GPS, device or power limitations.
FleetHive should not be relied upon as a replacement for responsible driving, security procedures, emergency services or physical supervision of a vehicle.
4. Payments & Subscriptions
Some FleetHive services require payment or an active subscription. Prices, subscription periods and applicable services will be displayed before payment.
Subscriptions may expire when the applicable service period ends. Where applicable, FleetHive may send renewal reminders before expiry.
Payments made for services are subject to the applicable payment and refund terms communicated at the time of purchase.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to use FleetHive lawfully and only for legitimate purposes.
You must not:
- Access another person's account or vehicle information without authorisation.
- Attempt to interfere with or compromise FleetHive systems.
- Use FleetHive for unlawful surveillance, harassment or other illegal activities.
- Provide false or misleading information.
6. Privacy
FleetHive collects and processes information necessary to provide its services, including account, vehicle, location, device and service information where applicable.
Your information will be handled in accordance with FleetHive's Privacy Policy.
7. Service Availability
We aim to keep FleetHive available and reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, technical issues, network outages, third-party services and other circumstances may temporarily affect availability.
8. Limitation of Responsibility
FleetHive provides mobility intelligence and monitoring tools to help users make informed decisions. FleetHive does not guarantee the prevention of theft, accidents, loss, damage or unauthorised use of a vehicle.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, FleetHive will not be responsible for losses arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control or from misuse of the service by a user.
9. Changes to These Terms
FleetHive may update these Terms when necessary. Updated Terms will be made available through FleetHive, and continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
